You are noticing issues with your Office 365 applications, e.g., email, SharePoint, and want to know if this is a “known issue” with Microsoft and see if they are working on the problem.
This is done via the Admin portal.
- Log into the O365 portal.
- Go to the Office 365 Admin Center if not already there.
- Click on Service Health->Service Health.
- Review any performance degradation or other problems. Often, performance issues will be the result of known problems that Microsoft is actively working.
