There is apparently a bug in the Win 7 drivers for HP’s LaserJet 2035n causing it to constantly repeat print jobs until a user manually deletes the job.
You need to change the driver protocol in use.
- Open the properties for the affected printer.
- Highlight the port for the printer and click the “Configure Port…” button.
- Change the protocol from “Raw” to “LPR” and check the “LPR Byte Counting Enabled”. You can set the “Queue Name” to whatever you want.
- Click OK on both windows and send a test job to printer to confirm it only prints one copy.
