A user lost their RingCentral account/vmail password and you need to reset it.
- Log into the RingCentral control panel as a global admin.
- You will be dropped into the Overview page.
- Click on the Company Settings tab.
- You will see the Extensions Summary.
- Click on the name of the User under “Name”.
- You will see the Personal Information screen for this user.
- Click on Change next to “Current Password”.
- The Change Password window will appear. Enter the new numeric password.
- Click Submit.
- All done!
