The Louisiana Workforce Commission provides training funds to organizations through the Small Business Employer Training Program (SBET) for companies that have 49 or less employees.
These funds are provided to Louisiana-based companies who have contributed consistently into the state’s unemployment insurance program for the past 3 years
The staff at Puryear IT will assist in the application process and ensure that LWC is invoiced upon completion of the training to allow reimbursement to you
To ensure success, students will need to be familiar with using personal computers and should have experience using a keyboard and mouse. Students should also be comfortable working in the Windows® 10 environment and be able to use Windows 10 to manage information on their computers. Specific tasks the students should be able to perform include: opening and closing applications, navigating basic file structures, and managing files and folders.
