You need to update Trend A/V but cannot access the PC with the problem.
Below is how to use the GFI Remote Background Command line to update Trend.
- Login to your GFI Max Dashboard and access the PC with Remote Background.
- Navigate to the following directory: C:Program FilesTrend MicroClient Server Security Agent
- Run the command: C:Program FilesTrend MicroClient Server Security Agent>patch.exe
There will not be a prompt or any indication in the command line that the program is updated, however you can re-run checks in GFI MAX and confirm all is updated.
