People are happier and more productive when they get recognition for their efforts. You can send acclaim to your team members by giving Praise in Microsoft Teams. Praise can be delivered in a private chat, or for wider recognition, sent in a channel conversation. Just follow these steps:
- In the command bar of a Teams channel, type the @ symbol and select Praise.
- There are 12 Praise badges available each with a unique message.
- Select a badge, type a recipient name and add a personalized note, preview and send!
